The 'Golden Hill' nestled deep within the dense forest of the Sharavathi Valley is a fortress of mystery. For thousands of years, the belief of King Nagasena's immense treasure has spread around it. But the path to this treasure is a living hell. Rumours that those who tried to reach the hill never returned have engulfed the village of Pavanuru. For the villagers, 'Golden Hill' is just a terrifying sight to be seen from afar.

It is the unshakeable belief of the people that unknown forces are guarding the treasure lamp hidden behind the huge rock of Banasaguru. No one dared to question the silence of the hill, until now! But six brave individuals have set out to pierce the darkness: investigative journalist Pradeep Balayya, serious inspector Samar, cunning thief Bhaskara, mysterious Menaka, forest guard Prashant, and historian Lawrence – each with one goal – to break the silence of the hill.

What did those who climbed to the top of the hill find? Are there really sorcerers guarding the treasure in Swarnabetta? Is King Nagasena's death merely a documented truth or an untold dark story?
